Quality assurance
Our quality system is managed by means of the Navision Axapta system. All our administrative tasks including accountancy, orders, purchasing, documentation, project, material and production are managed within this system. This tool gives us an unique control by management and tracing of all production, orders, projects and purchases. This enables a flexible and efficient order processing and correct deliveries on time to our customers.

Embedded in our production process there is a continuous product control from raw material to finished goods. This includes the control of the material quality, geometric measurements measured against the customers specifications. All the measurements are logged. Raw materials and finished goods are labelled with S/N to enable tracing through the entire process, from purchase to sale. In addition the work instructions and the specifications used within the individual production process is logged. Internal or external notifications of problems or non conformance are initiating the relevant batch to be put on hold for rectifying the problem and to make bases for the revisions / improvement processes.

    
HSE
The "Internal control" is an integrated part of our quality system. The quality assurance of our work environment are as important as the quality assurance of the production process.

Every year our business is recovering big amounts of thermoplastics. This material is received from industry customers who are returning the used materials to Parma Plast for recycling into new products.
